Questions about products

Q: What exactly are you offering?
A:  We are offering a chart, which you will receive daily by e-mail before the markets open. There are four types of charts with different timeframes which you can choose for different market instruments.

Q: Can I use the prices indicated in your charts to stop loss-making and take profitable orders?
A:  Not exactly. We are giving you a mathematical expectation of the market. This is a well indicated trend followed by the movements. Before going into a deal, you should place SL and TP based onto your own trading model and the risk level you are ready to take by entering a position.

Q: What datafeed do you use for analysis and forecasting?
A:  We use datafeed received from most reputable datafeed providers. The base datafeed is 5-10 years historical data. The datafeed is updated daily, and therefore the charts are also updated daily.

Q: How can I trust your forecasts? How can I make my deals based onto your forecasts?
A: We are not offering a trading signal. We are offering a forecast, based on our developed model for market movement expectation. Mathematics is a no emotions science, and most trading losses are attributable to the wrong emotional decisions. Our forecast is a no emotions alternative view of the market.

Q: Are your forecasts something similar to technical analysis?
A: No. Technical analysis is a model, which is developed based on the different indicators like volumes, waves, oscillators, ADX, crossing of different technical lines and many other factors. Different indicators can give a different picture. The user can interpret all the factors based on his experience and knowledge. However conditional expectation is a chart for mathematically expected movements, which can be used, as an alternative, non-emotional, non-technical and non-fundamental view of the market.

Q: I don’t see some shares and currency pairs I am working with. How can I get forecasts for them?
A: Please take a look at forthcoming products which will be available in the near future, or you can use our custom orders, for currency pairs and shares not available on the web. You can also send us an inquiry and we will put your requested instrument in the coming soon list and will make it available as soon as possible.

Q: How can you analyze futures with a different expiry time such as CLM0 and CLZ0?
A: We are giving the trend for the existing future, e.g. with the nearest expiry date. Please remember that the values for a certain time period are not going to be forecast. We forecast the market movement and the market trend.

 

Questions about custom orders

Q: Can I order any type of instrument by custom order?
A: Yes. Before making an order, please contact us. To produce a custom order, we first need to order the datafeed for a period of up to 20 years, depending on the chart type you want to have. Then, after receiving a confirmation from the datafeed provider, we will give you a pricing. Producing the chart for custom order can take up to seven business days, when the forecasts are ready to be sent to the customer on a regular basis. In some cases we can refuse the custom order, if the ordering instrument has not been traded for the necessary time (at least 10 years), or there were denominations of the stock (for example the share has been traded with a USD 10 nominal value and has been denominated to a nominal value of USD 1 two years ago, and the investors have 10 papers for USD 1 each, instead of 1 for USD 10).

Q: Can I order instruments not traded?
A: No. we can only produce market movement forecasts for tools which are traded daily and have the necessary volume of historical data.

Q: Why do I need to make a custom order, instead of choosing an order from the forthcoming list?
A: You don't need to. Custom orders are dedicated for your personal use only. They will not be displayed in the available tools list for the next 6-12 months. The other point is that t4m does not guarantee the execution time for the Coming Soon tools. They are only produced if there are enough inquiries, and after their launch they can be removed from the product list if there are less than 50 customers using this tool.

 

Questions about forecasts coming soon

Q: How can I include the currency pair, stock, index or commodity in the forthcoming list?
A: Please send us a brief e-mail. We store inquiries and when we collect at least 50 inquiries for one tool, we put it in the forthcoming list. In the near future, a special voting form will be placed on www.trend4m.com, and customers will be able to vote online for products and see the voting results.

Q: If I don't want to wait for a long time, but need the forecasts from the coming soon section?
A: You have the option of making a custom order at any time.

 

Ordering procedure

Q: When can I expect receive my first forecast?
A: You will start to receive them the next day after making an order and completing the corresponding payment.

Q: What if I don't have a PayPal account?
A: You can choose to make a payment with your Visa or EC/MC or American Express card, as well as by sending a wire transfer. However, we only accept orders by wire transfer for a minimum 12 month period.

Q: After the order is completed, can I add more products?
A: Yes. Please login to the member zone section, and modify your order. You will start to receive them the next day; after making the payment for the additional product, you will receive the forecasts.

Q: Can I cancel my order which I’ve already paid for?
A: Yes. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with our products. A refund minus the PayPal transaction fee will be sent to your account from which we received a payment for the cancelled order. Please login to the member zone, and make a cancellation.

Q: Do you offer direct debit or regular billing services?
A: Unfortunately not. When the prepaid period is finished, you will receive a reminder about an extension and will be requested to make a payment for the next period.

Q: Can I change the products I am using during the next billing period?
A: Yes. When you receive a reminder for the payment, please login to the member zone section, check the products you are using and make the necessary changes in the product list.

 

Questions about forecasting methodology

Q: How long are the periods you analyze to make your forecasts?
A: It depends on the timeframe for the forecast. The average is 30 years for weekly forecasts, 10 years for daily forecasts, 2 years for 1hour and 4 hours forecasts. In any case, our model is analyzing at least 5,000 records, to develop a model for forecasting.

Q: Can you explain your model in detail?
A: Unfortunately not. We are showing the general rules of the model; however the technical and logical solution and interpretation of the data is our know-how. We offer you the chance to test our forecasts by using our 30 day money back guarantee. This way you can check and decide for yourself whether our solution helps you in your trading or not.

Q: How do you indicate criteria like important news, unwanted releases and other factors causing market movements?
A: All of the so-called unexpected factors and news have a short time impact on the market. This can be calculated on the 15min graphs, however hourly, daily and weekly movements have their own laws. We simply offer a mathematical interpretation of market movement processes.

Q: Is the model constant?
A: No. we are working daily on our model. It is developed and modified by our specialists.

 

Pricing and Bonus offer questions

Q: Do you offer direct debit services for billing?
A: No, we don't. The idea is that you can choose additional instruments or change the existing ones when you receive an invoice for the next subscription period.

Q: Can I make a payment by other payment methods other than PayPal?
A: Yes. Depending on the invoice amount, we can accept wire transfers, credit card payment, some electronic currencies and alternative payment methods like western union. You can use PayPal for payments of less than USD 50. In regards to any questions regarding payment methods, please contact our sales and support team after making an order.

Q: Can I change instruments ordered during the billing period to add additional ones or remove some, or to get a refund?
A:  You can only change the instruments when you receive an invoice for the next billing period, e.g. choosing others while removing existing ones. If you need additional instruments, you can add them from the member zone section. Your current order and invoice will be automatically recalculated, and you will be able to make the payment. We guarantee that you will receive all applicable bonuses.

Q: Do the new bonus offers apply to all customers including existing clients or only to new ones?
A:  Please read all the bonus offers carefully. The initial 3-level bonus applies to all customers, while new ones which will come in the future will apply to the group of customers they are specified for.
